On Wednesday mornings, sounds of laughter and music can be heard coming out of Measham Church Hall on the High Street. This signals that the Activeage Group is in session. The group meets on Wednesday mornings  starting at 11 a.m.

This group has been operating for over 6 years. It caters for the over 60s age group and meets in the Church Hall on  Wednesday mornings at 11am. Each session lasts one hour. 20-25 attend each week and new members are always welcome. The cost of each session is £2.50.

The leader, Michelle Scott-Worthington, is an exemplary teacher and chooses the exercises well to suit those taking part. As the exercises are seated, they are appropriate for a wide variety of this age group. The classes are beneficial not only for the physical well-being of the members, but also offer a good opportunity to socialise. Refreshments at the end of the meeting.

So, need to get those muscles on the go again? This is the group for you!
