As a result of Step 4 in theGovernment's Covid plan, we are still required to ensure that our building is as Covid secure as is possible For now, we still ask that poeple wear face coverings as the church is an indoor public space (and must wear them when singing). We ask that all are sensitive when it comes to distancing.
In brief
- St Laurence Church, Measham will be open for private (individual) prayer on Tuesdays-Thursdays 10am - 4pm.
- Funeral services and wedding services can be held in church. The request as to the wearing of face coverings and being sensitive as to distancing applies as set out above.
- Sunday worship is not every week so do check the calendar. If there is no service at Measham, then remember you will be very welcome at other Team churches
- Little Fishes pre-school group is meeting.
- Activeage has restarted
- Ready Steady Stick is also restarting
Much work and preparation has been needed to make this possible to reduce risk.
The risk assessments are here:
- For private prayer, Sunday services, weddings and for funerals as at July 2021
- Weddings protocol as at May 2021
- Use of toilets
